In our KAI Marketing Group, Inc. program, we encourage our people to identify their career goals and match their training accordingly. This practice increases our chances of more fully committing ourselves to knowledge transfer, as we have specific plans associated with it.
- There Are Plenty of Inexpensive Learning Options Available: One of the beautiful things about the internet is there is a plethora of options available from which we can learn and grow. Podcasts, YouTube videos, and TED Talks can all stimulate our minds and quench our thirst for knowledge.
- Once Something Is Learned, Practice It: Our KAI Marketing Group, Inc. training environment is immersive. We designed it this way because we recognize that to be proficient in any skill, we need to put that knowledge to work right away. If someone can’t use a skill at work, they might practice it outside of the office, too.
